1. Call the nearest towing facility by looking in the local Yellow Pages directory under "towing "or "wrecker service."
2. After service is completed, pay for the service and obtain a receipt from the service provider. The receipt should include the service provider's name, address, telephone number, date and type of service rendered.
3. Submit your claim to the address indicated below. A claim submitted without the original receipt or with incomplete information will be returned along with a new claim report form for resubmission.
4. Your claim will be reimbursed up to a maximum limit of $70 per disablement.

Signature Motor Club reserves the right to adjust or deny a claim when:
- Membership has expired at the time of service.
- The member does not attempt to obtain authorized service through our toll-free number 1-877-288-8459.
- The service rendered is not included under the Motor Club coverage.
- The member has been notified that the claims limit (2) has been exceeded.
