Is this for new cardholders or existing?
  • Up to one year of the complimentary road service is available to new and existing Chevron and Texaco Personal cardholders.


How long does my benefit last?
  • For new cardholders, the benefit is good for 1 year from date of approval.


What if I want to continue this benefit?
  • Continuation of the benefit beyond the complimentary year is currently not available.


How soon can I start using the benefits after I sign up?
  • Within 72 hours of enrollment.


How do I get notified that I am enrolled in this benefit?
  • An enrollment and welcome package will be available to save and print online.


Who do I call for the service?
  • Call 1-877-288-8459 for emergency road service.


Are the services 24/7?
  • Yes, roadside service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


How long will it take to get this service after I make the call?
  • Services are usually provided within 1 hour, but time could vary depending on location, weather and service volume.


What if I am greater than five miles away and I need towing?
  • Motor Club member will be responsible for additional miles at towing company's rate.


Can I upgrade my membership to get more towing miles?
  • No, this is a limited offer and a complimentary service for being a Chevron and Texaco cardholder.


Geographically, where does this benefit cover me?
  • As a member, you are covered while driving in the United States and Canada.


If your service is not available in the area I am located, will I be reimbursed?
  • If we are unable to provide services through our emergency road service provider network, you will be provided with an authorization number to obtain services yourself and be reimbursed for covered expenses.

1. Call the nearest towing facility by looking in the local Yellow Pages directory under "towing "or "wrecker service."

2. After service is completed, pay for the service and obtain a receipt from the service provider. The receipt should include the service provider's name, address, telephone number, date and type of service rendered.

3. Submit your claim to the address indicated below. A claim submitted without the original receipt or with incomplete information will be returned along with a new claim report form for resubmission.

4. Your claim will be reimbursed up to a maximum limit of $70 per disablement. Please submit all reimbursement claims within 60** days after the disablement or accident to:

Signature Motor Club reserves the right to adjust or deny a claim when:
- Membership has expired at the time of service.
- The member does not attempt to obtain authorized service through our toll-free number 1-877-288-8459.
- The service rendered is not included under the Motor Club coverage.
- The member has been notified that the claims limit (2) has been exceeded.

* Not available to Texas residents enrolled after 12/31/97.
** No time limit for Utah and Wisconsin residents.



What vehicles are covered under the membership?
  • Signature Motor Club offers road and towing services for all self-propelled four-wheel vehicles designed, licensed and used for private, non-commercial, on-road transportation, including motorcycles and light trucks with a carrying capacity of up to one ton (2,000 pounds). The coverage is valid for any eligible vehicle you are driving - leased, owned, rented or borrowed.


Who are the service providers?
  • Signature Motor Club contracts with thousands of authorized, independent towers and service providers throughout the United States and Canada. We continue to contract with new, authorized independent towers and service providers so that our members' needs for emergency services are handled quickly and easily.
